KMSoft began its development from a CAD scientific research team of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 1991. From 1994 to 1998, our company rapidly released CAD, CAPP, PDM, BOM and other products into the market. In 1999, KMSoft allied with four other enterprises from HUST and offered their IPO, under the name of HG Tech. In 2004, KMSoft redoubled efforts to promote our software outsourcing business, including application development, testing/verification, localization/globalization, data input/analyze. KMSoft currently has 320 staff members.

With support from the government of Hubei province and dedicated leaders from Wuhan Eastlake Developing Zone, KMSoft allied with four established software enterprises and formed Wuhan Software and Service Outsourcing Association (WSOA). With the efforts of its current thirteen members, WSOA is engaging in the development of Hubei software outsourcing industry.
